This project involved buying a commercial entity which comprised of 2 flats and a wine bar.

 

We carried out back to brick refurbishments on both flats, thereby creating one 3 bed HMO and a further 4 bed HMO, both with high quality living spaces and kitchens appealing to working professionals.

 

Both properties are fully tenanted and the commercial premises was secured under a 15 year FRI lease which continues to trade as a swanky wine bar for local residents.

As a result of this project we were nominated as finalists in the prestigious Property Investor Awards 2017!
